Faded Bistro & Beer Garden is an open-air neighborhood bistro built on seasonal ingredients and warm hospitality located in Sebring, Florida.
Bob and Tiffany Cadzow wanted to bring a new restaurant concept to Downtown Sebring. A laid back and refined environment where patrons enjoy great food and drink at their own pace. In September 2017, Bob and Tiffany along with a group of friends purchased the property and this new and unique concept launched.
From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with a smile, beautiful flowers, and the random beer garden gnome.
Locals and visitors alike embrace and crave this unique approach to dining out -- some may consider Faded Bistro & Beer Garden a second home, a place where they're comfortable, that they want to share with friends. The cuisine ranges from a Bistro Lunch menu featuring flatbreads, quiche and Black Angus burgers made with the Faded specialty blend to a Dinner Menu that features various Tapas, charcuterie boards, fresh seafood and Black Angus beef and chops.We take pride in using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients all the way down to the cup–brewing small-batch roasted coffee from Bones Coffee located in Cape Coral, Florida.
From the moment you enter, the energy emanates from our pre-civil war bar that was originally made for Hall's Tavern in Washington. Choose a table or cozy nook under the warm glow of our lanterns or settle into the sun-speckled beer garden.
The restaurant is located in the heart of Downtown Sebring and is easily accessible with street parking as well as a large onsite parking lot.

Our vision was to bring a laid back, refined kind of place to Downtown Sebring–a place where our guests could enjoy great food and drink at a leisurely pace.
I am one of the many Garden Gnomes that you will find around our Beer Garden. Take a stroll and snap a selfie, we love to have our pictures taken.
I have known Bob and Tiffany for many years and was excited to partner with them on this restaurant. The best part of my day is welcoming back our regular guests.
Kristen Davenport - Head Chef
Chef Kirsten was born and raised in Upstate NY. In 1999 she migrated south to N.Y.C. to attend college. Shortly after this move, she began working as a server/bartender at a new corporate restaurant concept called X and O/Così. Over the next 10 years Kirsten rose through the ranks, opening new locations all over the country and, eventually, became the Training Director for the N.E. and M.W. Regions. However, by this point, she realized that her heart belonged to the kitchen. She left the corporate life to attend the Institute Of Culinary Education (I.C.E.) in Manhattan, NYC. After receiving her diploma, she spent the next 5 years working under celebrity chef Marco Canora at Hearth Restaurant and the Terroir Wine Bars. After realizing that she missed teaching, she left “the line” and returned to I.C.E. to educate the general public and act a Sous Chef to the many visiting Master and Celebrity Chefs. Her final N.Y.C. restaurant adventure began in January 2015 when she became the Food & Beverage Director for the Mansfield Hotel in Midtown Manhattan. Two years later, she found herself longing for a break from “The City.” Kirsten ventured south to join her mom and uncle in Sebring. In April of 2018, she discovered Faded Bistro & Beer Garden and knew it was the perfect place to begin the next chapter of her culinary career. Come July, she was offered the Head Chef position and accepted it without hesitation. She is grateful to be a part of the Faded Family and is looking forward to all the exciting things yet to be accomplished together.
